1. Get Interior/Exterior Photography for just $99 (normally $199) + travel over 20 miles at an additional $1/mile.
2. Get on-the-ground photography AND videography which includes interior/exterior photos as well as video for just $149 (normally $299) + travel over 20 miles at an additional $1/mile.
3. Alternatively for your more valuable property listings, get the full package, including all of the above three options for just $299 (normally $599) + travel over 20 miles at an additional $1/mile and an additional $100 per minute of edited content over 6 minutes.

Guided Walk Through Tours – This is my favor offering. Do you job AT SCALE, I will mic you up and we'll go through it like you would with a real client. If you prefer, you can even let me ask questions to give you a chance to answer what they may ask.

Additional Charges
Although the process of capturing content can appear rather fast and easy (for professionals doing it) a lot of additional time can go into each order for additional service which may include, travel time, extra square footage, editing time, and file transfer time. For this reason i am listing out the additional charges here for transparency sake.

Travel Time - We charge $1 for every mile beyond 20 miles from my office in Reno NV 89503. I will be flexible if the property is only 1 - 3 miles over but will charge for all miles over 20 if its beyond this range.

Extra Square Footage - We use the the flat rates for all properties under 2,000 sq. ft. We charge an additional $250 for each additional 2,000 sq. ft. This means a Professional package for a luxury home of 10,000 sq. ft. or less would would cost $1,999. ($999 base package price + $250 x 4 for the additional 8000 sw. ft. beyond the base 2000 sq ft package.)

Editing Time - For time saving I have a template I follow for editing my videos, for all video besides the Professional package I use royalty free music selections from epidemicsound.com, however I love to make clients happy so I am open to doing custom edits to my clients preferences. However, if following a special company template or style that requires more time, it make require editing as a service to be included for which I charge $75 per additional hour (This is rare as 1.5 hours or 90 minutes of editing time is included in all base packages!)

Transfer Time - Sometimes clients want us to do a lot in regards to the uploading process. Typically we send all finished products (images and videos) with a one or more WeTransfer file transfers. However if you prefer I can upload it directly to sites or servers of your choosing, however sometimes this takes longer than I would like to admit. If it fully occupies my computer bandwidth it ties my hands for other work and thus I charge an additional $45 per hour this process takes.
Custom Packages and Prices
Although I aim to make these package deals as simple as possible, if you had a custom package in mind, for example, you wanted the photo and video walk though and 3D floor plans, but no aerial photography or guided tour, then please just get in touch with us! We can negotiate a price that works for you and get an appointment on the calendar!
